Application Process

1) Should the application be written in the first or third person perspective?

Either is fine. The application should use an active voice rather than a passive one, however. It should be clear who is performing the action.

2) Can figures, tables or diagrams be attached to the application?

Figures, tables and diagrams are not required, and if included will be counted as part of the page limits (i.e., no additional pages or appendices are allowed).

3) If applicants are not selected for this year's PCL class, are they eligible to reapply?

Yes. While the NPO will be unable to provide individual feedback to applicants, those that were not selected are encouraged to look at the applicants that were selected (on the Practice Change Leaders website) and, if necessary, refocus their application for submission for the next PCL cohort.
